Rihanna smiles and waves to fans as she leaves her hotel in New York City on Wednesday afternoon.

The 20-year-old Barbadian beauty will perform her hit singles “Take A Bow” and “If I Never See Your Face Again” on stage at Radio City Music Hall for the 5th Anniversary of Fashion Rocks.

Conde Nast Media Group also announced Rihanna will join Carrie Underwood, Ashanti, Ciara, Fergie, Keyshia Cole, Leona Lewis, Mariah Carey, Mary J. Blige, Miley Cyrus, Natasha Bedingfield, and Sheryl Crow in a live performance of “Just Stand Up,” the unprecedented charity single in support of Stand Up To Cancer (SU2C).

The Stand Up To Cancer TV special will be airing simultaneously on ABC, CBS, and NBC on Friday, September 5th. Fashion Rocks will air the following Tuesday night, September 9 in a two-hour special @ 9PM ET/PT on CBS.

Rihanna arrives for a full run-through rehearsal at Radio City Music Hall in New York City on Thursday morning.

Blige, Miley Cyrus, Rihanna, Natasha Bedingfield, and Sheryl Crow will join together on stage at Radio City Music Hall for the 5th Anniversary of FASHION ROCKS in a Live performance of “Just Stand Up,” the unprecedented charity single in support of Stand Up To Cancer (SU2C), a new initiative to raise philanthropic dollars for accelerating ground-breaking cancer research. The star-studded television premiere of the song will be fed live from the FASHION ROCKS stage to the Stand Up To Cancer’s special, which will be airing simultaneously on ABC, CBS, and NBC on Friday, September 5th. Proceeds from the FASHION ROCKS concert will also be donated to the charity.

Beyonce and Minnie to perform at the Oscars

Beyonce and Minnie Driver will perform at the Oscars.

According to Billboard Beyonce will duet with Josh Groban.

They will perform the Oscar-nominated Believe from the Tom Hanks' animated movie The Polar Express which Groban sang on the film's soundtrack.

British actress Minnie Driver who last October released her debut album, Everything I've Got In My Pocket, will sing the Oscar nominated song Learn To Be Lonely, written by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Charles Hart

which appears over the movie's credits.

American band Counting Crows will perform Accidently in Love from Shrek 2.

The performers for two other Best Original Song nominees - Otro Lado Del Rio from The Motorcycle Diaries and Look To Your Path (Vois Sur Ton Chemin) from The Chorus (Les Choristes) - have yet to be confirmed.

The Academy Awards take place at the Kodak Theatre, Hollywood, on February 27.

BEYONCE LEAVES MINNIE DEVASTATED BY OSCAR REJECTION

The news R&B beauty BEYONCE KNOWLES has replaced MINNIE DRIVER to perform at the OSCAR ceremony next Sunday (27FEB05) left the British actress- turned-singer devastated.

Driver is said to be "inconsolable" after finding out she will no longer be singing ANDREW LLOYD WEBBER's LEARN TO BE LONELY at the ACADEMY AWARDS.

The 34-year-old was considered the obvious choice to perform the song, which is nominated for the Best Original Song award, as she sang it in movie THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA.

However, hugely popular DESTINY'S CHILD hitmaker Knowles recently stepped in to perform the track.

A close source says, "Minnie just doesn't have the pulling power or the voice of Beyonce. Minnie is devastated and inconsolable.

"She'd told everyone that this was to be her big break as a singer."

Knowles is also singing two other nominated songs at the 77th Academy Awards - including LOOK TO YOUR PATH from LES CHORISTES (THE CHOIR) and the THE POLAR EXPRESS theme BELIEVE.
